If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and your product qualifies, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund in store credit. Please read below to see if your order qualifies for a return/exchange. The 14 days start on the date your package was delivered to your address. You can find this information on your tracking number.
A return shipping label is not provided by us, and any shipping carrier works for the return.
For whichever reason you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us first so we know how to improve our service to you!
Guide to Return or Exchange
1: *** Make sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the return address. Also include your Order # & which jersey(s) will be in the package ***
2: Products must be in original condition. That means the product hasn’t been washed, damaged, no plastic packing removed, and still has its original tags.
3: Jerseys with customized name/number or patches cannot be exchanged or returned.
4: Jerseys without customized name/number and patches, can be returned for store credit or for an exchange of item(s) of same value. You must pay for the price difference if you exchange for a higher-priced item.
5: Include your order number and/or name on your returned package.
If you have any questions about the jerseys you received, please email us and provide clear photos to tell us the problems ,we will give you a satisfactory solution.
– You may return your purchase to us up to 14 days from the receipt date.
– Products must be in marketable condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
– While not required, we recommend you get a tracking number in order to trace your package and verify it got successfully delivered.
– Once we receive your returned parcel, it will be checked by our fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt). Your credit will be processed and emailed to you within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive by then, please just email us.
– Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
– Please contact us to avoid any delays in processing your credit.
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method. This includes but is not limited to:
– Returned products such as jerseys and tracksuits
– Unavailable Shipping services
– Products that are out of stock
Your refund will be processed and emailed to you within 5-7 business days of our team receiving your return or approving your refund. If you do not receive the credit within the timeframe mentioned, please email us so we can look into it and fix it as soon as possible!
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any cancellations as it’s already being processed at the warehouse as soon as you confirm your order. Although cancellations are not possible, we might sometimes be able to edit your order in regards to sizing, and customization, however this is not guaranteed and subject to how far into the fulfillment process the order is in. Please inquire about such changes no longer than 15 minutes after placing your order for a better chance. We cannot know when a mistake has been made or if a change is wanted, after you confirm your order with us. We kindly ask for you to carefully verify all your order details prior to finalizing the order as we work and ship to the exact information you provide to us on your order! Please do not worry as we do have a return/exchange policy in place if need be!
