When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 10-14 business days, starting from the date the package was shipped. The following in-house processing procedures may postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, and special-orders. Processing time is 1-3 business days. Please be aware there may sometimes be small delays due to covid regulations or international customs we cannot control. We appreciate the patience.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided on your order in roughly 7-10 business days after your order date. Many times it is sooner! Please note that Sundays are not considered a business day. If you do not receive within this timeframe, or entered your email on the order incorrectly, simply email us and we will send it to you manually! You may also access your tracking information on our site here. Make sure to enter your order # and email correctly!
What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
We offer EMS or USPS standard shipping! You can pay for Express shipping to receive your package get faster! Please note that certain countries might not have this available.
Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?
Although countries regulate the quantities & varieties of items that can be imported, sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item.
What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. Rest assured we will have a solution for you!
Do you charge taxes or import fees?
We do not charge tax when you check out, and should not be charged any import or duty fees by customs. Please note that this may be subject to change by your country, however it is extremely rare. You are responsible for any customs fees, assessed by your country, should there be any.
