By checking this box, I agree to the following terms as a condition of applying to and participating in the JerseyLoco.com Affiliate Program ("Program"):
1. Content License & Usage Rights
I grant JerseyLoco.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, repost, and display any content I create featuring JerseyLoco products, branded materials, or affiliate links ("Affiliate Content") across all media now known or later developed, including but not limited to: paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.), organic social media reposts, email marketing, the JerseyLoco website, and any other commercial or promotional purpose. This includes the right to use my name, social media handles, voice, image, and likeness as they appear in the Affiliate Content. I understand I am not entitled to any additional compensation beyond earned commissions for this usage.
2. Content Ownership & Warranties
I warrant that I own or have full rights to all Affiliate Content I submit, including any music, third-party imagery, or other individuals appearing in it, and that my submissions do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
3. Link in Bio Requirement
If accepted into the Program, I agree to keep my JerseyLoco affiliate link prominently placed in the bio of my primary social media account(s) submitted in this application for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days from the date of acceptance. Failure to maintain the link may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
4. Commission Terms
Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded purchases made through my unique affiliate link or code within the cookie attribution window set by JerseyLoco. JerseyLoco reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and the cookie window with reasonable notice. Returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent orders will result in commission reversals.
5. Non-Exclusive but Good Faith
This is a non-exclusive arrangement; however, I agree that during active promotional campaigns I commit to (e.g., World Cup activations, product launches) I will not simultaneously promote directly competing soccer jersey retailers in the same posts or campaigns featuring JerseyLoco.
6. Termination
JerseyLoco may suspend or terminate my participation in the Program at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, I will immediately cease using JerseyLoco's name, logos, and affiliate links. Pending commissions earned in good faith will be paid; commissions tied to violations of this Agreement may be forfeited.
7. Brand Protection
I will not register domains, social handles, or trademarks containing "JerseyLoco" or confusingly similar variations. I will not speak negatively about the brand publicly while participating in the Program.
8. Modifications
JerseyLoco may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
