I ordered the items on October 3, 2023 but the order never arrived. The shipping company said that the order was sent back to you due to incorrect delivery address. I double checked the address that I provided and the address is correct so I don’t know what the problem is. You can check that the package was sent back to you via tracking number. Can You please resolve this problem?
