I never received order 297241, which is very disappointing, It took entirely too long to make and ship out, which granted I understand it was custom so I can forgive that. But to see that it was sent back to shipper is unbelievable. Either replace my order or refund me the full amount back including the shipping. I will never use your site again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone to use based on this experience. Your website is not user friendly, the tracking is very inaccurate.
