I am very disappointed with the lack of response regarding my order #152795. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the tracking number or any update on the shipping status.
Since the order has not been properly fulfilled and your team has failed to provide the requested information, I am now requesting a full refund of my payment. Please process the refund immediately and confirm once it has been completed.
If I do not receive a resolution within the next few business days, I will be forced to escalate this matter through my payment provider and file a formal dispute.
