Greg Barth

I am writing regarding my recent order of two jerseys placed on February 28, which has been in transit via USPS since March 5.
As of March 27, I received an official tracking update indicating the package will not be delivered due to insufficient postage. The notice explicitly states the item will not be delivered and I must contact the sender to arrange reshipment or a refund.
Tracking Number: 9200190362718811405476
This issue is both unexpected and unacceptable, as proper postage is the responsibility of the sender. I have now been waiting over a month for an order that will not arrive due to an error on your end.
Please respond today, April 2, with one of the following actions:
1. Confirmation a replacement shipment has been sent immediately at no additional cost, with correct postage and expedited handling, or
2. A full refund issued without delay.
Please confirm receipt of this message and provide your resolution plan Immediately or I will be forced to begin a dispute claim with my credit card company. I have seen several very negative customer reviews against your company claiming similar issues. Your lack of communication with your customers is unacceptable. Here is a chance to redeem yourself and do the right thing. That is, either answer my request for expedited shipment of replacement merchandise or issue a total refund. I will expect to receive an answer from you today, April 2, or I will proceed with my dispute claim, and I will leave another negative review on Trustpilot. I don’t want to do either. The decision of whether I follow through or not is totally up to you. Please respond with your decision today. Thank you.
