Good morning, I ordered this jersey on 5/31/26 and it is now 7/9/26 and I have not received any tracking information or anything. I have over 6 email threads requesting a cancellation and refund, with no response. This is absolutely unprofessional. I understand it might be a busy time with the World Cup, but it has been 39 days since the order date with NO communication other than the automated cancellation response. Please help me resolve this issue, I have been a customer before and this is ridiculous.
