Good morning. This is my final attempt to resolve this issue amicably. I purchased two shirts that were never delivered. I sent a message—as attached—requesting either a refund or a reshipment of the products, but I never received a response. My credit card company informed me that a credit would be issued by the merchant, but so far, nothing has happened. I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service!
