Package was mailed out on 23rd of June. It then ran into an exception before being shipped over seas. I emailed you guys on Friday at around 5:00 PM EST. I have not heard back from you nor have had any movement on my order. It has been almost a month since the order was placed and I am not closer to having the order fulfilled.
