This shipment has taken over 20 days to arrive, and it still hasn’t reached my location. Since it’s been over 20 days and the item was supposed to be delivered for a person’s birthday, I would like to request a full refund and cancellation. I ordered it 20 days prior, and it never arrived. Even after the 20-day period, the birthday was approaching, and the item still hadn’t arrived. We’re now close to 30 days, so I kindly request a refund and cancellation.
